This Award is normally presented at the AGM each year.
Phil VBR547 has made the entire Yagi’s, complete with Tower and wooden base. (1979 – 2006)
The attached plaque with the recipients callsign etc comes from Ted's Trophies.

First Award 1983.
The recipient’s Name & Callsign is engraved on a wooden plaque which is kept for one year, and then it’s returned to the Club.
The recipient also receives an engraved pewter cup which they keep.

Les passed away on, 5^th June 1992.
First Award 1993.
Les was one of our wonderful foundation and life members, who did wonders for the club.
A great ambassador, always ready to help Members in any way he could,
including paying fees for Members who didn’t have enough money at the time. (BBL)
